New venue for The Square’s annual Christmas party

THE SQUARE music venue in Harlow, which has sadly been closed, held a immensely popular Christmas party every year. The location welcomed families and friends for seven years, celebrating the festive season on Christmas Eve. Despite the venue no longer being available, the gathering will continue this year. It will now be held at Club Foot, a new community hall based at Burnt Mill Academy.

The main feature of the event, The Popular House Band, will also be making a comeback this year due to popular demand. Local singers and performer’s will also being making an appearance performing your festive favourites!

The former event promoter at The Square, Adam Smith, told us why he is keen for the old regulars from The Square to come along, as well as those who have not yet experienced the fantastic event. “Following a seven-year tradition, we are pleased to be able to provide a home for The Square’s now legendary Christmas Eve party band”.

The family friendly night includes drink, food and Christmas treats, as well as featuring the choir as a support act for the first time ever. Tickets are now on sale, priced at £5 for under 18s and £8 for over 18s. The fun starts on 24 December 7:30pm, so make sure you’re there for a feel good night!
