LONDON rockers The Teamsters are keeping the ‘Harlow is 70’ celebrations going!
Most 70th birthdays are noticeably more reserved than Harlow’s, in fact, it has been a birthday the most spoilt MTV starlets would struggle to top.
The celebrations are slowly drawing to a close, and the town has been blessed with a remarkable year of appreciation that has brimmed with art, culture, music and family fun.
And although the fireworks display officially marks the end of the celebrations, for those still ready for a good time the after-party continues deeper into the year.
Supported by ‘Harlow is 70’, Adam Smith’s Black Wax Radio Show is proud to host an evening of live music courtesy of garage rockers The Teamsters.
On their first return to Harlow since supporting The Parkinsons at The Square, the London boys will be performing as part of a special evening at Phoenix Live Studios on November 12.
And with their latest release Sharp Suited Son of a Gun quickly becoming a firm favourite of the Black Wax Radio Show, it is guaranteed to be a night of great music for those lucky enough to secure tickets.
‘Doors will open at 4:30pm with the radio show kicking off at 5pm.’ said Adam, ‘The band will join me in the studio for a quick chat, which the audience will hear prior to the band taking the stage, and the whole evening will be broadcast as part of the radio show!’
Thanks to support from Harlow Council and the ‘Harlow is 70’ campaign, entry to this event is completely free, so make sure to reserve yourself a space by booking tickets from the link below.
