Harlow Journalism students spent the evening showing their final work on stands at the Harlow University Centre at Harlow College.
They all scrambled and rushed to put the final touches on their stands before the evening arrived, some students were adding more detail to the stand, others were adding handouts and others were looking for their additional technology to be used on the stand.
A stand on young people and style
Rebecca Edwards, one of the Journalism students, did a stand on “geek culture” and had a stand full of comics, figures, videogames and general geek apparel. She also had a laptop displaying her new website she had made which included articles on videogames and other geeky topics.
She had the stand nearest to the stairs and will be the first stand people will see when walking into the exhibition, with plenty of eye catching stands and plenty of colour there is plenty to enjoy and many different topics to browse.
Jamie Yeo, another Journalism student, talked about how the exhibition is a great opportunity to show off the work of all the students in a professional manner and said she was looking forward to the evening and seeing how everyone will perform.
